La Grange Mexican restaurant recently debuted a new brunch menu. The menu, a collaboration between chef Daniel Ajita and head bartender Linda Salinas, features a blend of Tex-Mex classics, like migas and breakfast tacos. What separates La Grange’s new brunch menu apart are the coastal inspired dishes, like barbecued oysters, that embrace owner Rob Cromie’s love of fishing.

The cocktail menu takes advantage of La Grange’s extensive tequila and mezcal selection and offers up some fresh takes on old classics. According to Salinas, one of the more popular drinks has been the Ancho Manhattan, which uses mezcal, Ancho reyes chili liquer, sweet vermouth and Angostura. The mixture produces a smoky Manhattan with just a touch of heat.
